Tropical Depression “Josie” is on its way out of the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) early Monday but a new low pressure area is expected to enter PAR within the day.

Josie will nevertheless continue to enhance the southwest monsoon and may trigger floods and landslides over Ilocos Region, Zambales, Bataan, Cavite, Batangas, Mindoro, Palawan, and Western Visayas, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
