Drug suspect nabbed in Mandaluyong City

A man was arrested following a buy-bust operation in Mandaluyong City on Tuesday morning.

Jayson Bondoc Migriño, 28, was nabbed around 2:30 a.m. on Block 27, Baranggay Addition Hills, Mandaluyong City.

During the anti-illegal drugs operation, a police officer and a confidential informant disguised as a buyer were able to buy one sachet of suspected shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) worth P200 from Migriño.

A coin purse containing three sachets of suspected shabu and the buy-bust money were also recovered from the suspect.

He was brought to the Eastern Police District (EPD). Meanwhile, the illegal drugs and the drug-related paraphernalia recovered from operation were sent to the crime laboratory for examination and disposition.

According to the police report, the suspect will be charged for violation of Section 5 and Section 11 of Republic Act 9165 or the anti-illegal drugs law. — Syrah Vivien Inocencio/黑料社 intern /ee
