The southwest monsoon continues to affect Southern Luzon and the Visayas.
Zambales, Bataan, Cavite, Batangas, MIMAROPA, and Western Visayas will have cloudy skies with isolated rains and thunderstorms.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains and thunderstorms or rainshowers. /cbb
