DAGUPAN CITY — Alipio Fernandez Jr., former city mayor and immigration chief, succumbed to lung cancer on Thursday. He was 75.
His wake will be at the family home in Ciudad Elmina here but burial details have yet to be finalized, said his son, Alfie, a former city councilor.
