MANILA, Philippines — Lucena city Mayor Roderick Alcala blamed House minority leader and Quezon Rep. Danilo Suarez for his inclusion in the so-called “narcolist.”

Alcala disclosed on Friday that Suarez threatened to release documents against him if he does not stop a certain broadcaster.

Alcala, who is running for his last term as Lucena City’s mayor under President Rodrigo Duterte’s PDP-Laban, said Suarez was up against his uncle for Quezon’s gubernatorial seat.
