As electoral candidates seek for our votes once again this May 13, 2019, one message that’s always being said but is constantly neglected is to vote wisely. Practicing our right to vote is practicing our independence in choosing a better future for our country and all of its citizens.
The Huddle Room, a proud Filipino independent communications agency, wants people to actually realize the immense weight of those rather empty words – vote wisely. Through a campaign encouraging people to be one with the Philippines this coming election, The Huddle Room is taking a stand in pushing people to choose what is best not only for themselves but for the whole nation.
This campaign video symbolizes the light of hope in every voter and how that light can cause a huge change. Every time a light dies, a light of hope disappears, a chance of a better future dims. Every election, we put our country’s future in the hands of all the registered voters hoping that they will elect the right people. This year, our lives are on the hands of the 61,843,750 voters who are about to our next leaders.
Voting is a simple act that many people deem useless because they see no change around them. But, we must realize that voting is the one act that gives us all a fair chance. During elections, our votes are counted just the same. No matter who you are or what you do, your vote bears just as heavy as everyone else’s.
