MANILA, Philippines β Quezon City mayoral candidate Vicente βBingbongβ Crisologo underwent inquest proceedings on Monday, Election Day.
Crisologo already denied involvement in vote-buying. He claimed that he merely questioned the protocol implemented in the police operation.
He appealed to his supporters to visit him at Camp Karingal where he is detained with his son, lawyer Edrix Crisologo. (GMA Eleksyon 2019)
