A total of 181 groups are vying for the 59 seats allocated for party-list congressmen.

According to the party-list system, a group needs to get 2 percent of the total party-list votes to win a seat. What remains of the 59 seats will then be distributed among the groups that got more than 2 percent. (Editor: Cenon B. Bibe Jr.)
