MANILA, Philippines — Peter Joemel Advincula, the man who claims to be “Bikoy” and the one behind the “Ang Totoong Narcolist” videos, is now in police custody.
Advincula surrendered to the Northern Police District (NPD) Wednesday night, Philippine National Police (PNP) spokesperson Police Col. Bernard Banac confirmed to on Thursday.
He will be presented in a press briefing later at the PNP Headquarters in Camp Crame.
Recently, Advincula surfaced and claimed that he was the “Bikoy” who accused close relatives and allies of President Rodrigo Duterte as those involved in the drug trade. He said he surfaced after months of hiding due to threats to his life. (Editor: Cenon B. Bibe Jr.)
