MANILA, Philippines 鈥� Sen. Panfilo 鈥淧ing鈥� Lacson blames corrupt Bureau of Customs (BOC) officials for the entry into Philippine ports not only of illegal drugs but also garbage.

Previously, President Rodrigo Duterte had ordered the 鈥渋mmediate鈥� return of the tons of trash that came from Canada.
Meanwhile, there were other reports that the country had received trash from Australia, South Korea and Hong Kong.
