Corteza, top player of Jonathan Sy鈥檚 Negros Billiards Stable (NBS), downed snooker ace Benjie Guevarra, 9-7; de Luna routed 鈥淩icky 鈥榙 Kid鈥� Puro,聽 9-4; Mazon edged Antonio 鈥淣ickoy鈥� Lining, 9-5; and Diaz upset 2007 World Pool finalist Roberto 鈥淧inoy Superman鈥� Gomez, 9-4.
