MANILA, Philippines 鈥� Some notable names in Philippine politics graced the red carpet on Monday for President Rodrigo Duterte鈥檚 fourth State of the Nation Address.
Three former presidents鈥擣idel V. Ramos, Joseph Estrada and Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo鈥攃hose to make a personal appearance to hear Duterte鈥檚 speech.
