After a foot chase, Patrolman Jonathan Stanley Dionisio catches a “notorious snatcher” who tries to board a jeepney in a bid to elude arrest at the Lagusnilad underpass in Manila. As shown in a dashcam video, the unidentified robbery suspect is later pinned down and handcuffed by the policeman, a member of the Special Mayor’s Reaction Team.
