MANILA, Philippines — Peter Advincula, the man who claimed to be “Bikoy” in the “Ang Totoong Narcolist” video series, has been discharged from the hospital after tests showed favorable results.

According to the Philippine National Police (PNP), Advincula was rushed to its General Hospital last Saturday after he complained of breathing problems and chest pains.

The PNP said on Sunday that after Advincula’s heart and x-ray medical tests, results showed normal results and breathing sounds “were clear.”

“His health condition is now normal. Final diagnosis was anxiety disorder,” the PNP said.

It could be noted that Advincula was also brought to the PNP General Hospital last May after his blood pressure shot up.

He, however, retracted his statement and said that that the videos were part of a plot to unseat President Rodrigo Duterte made by the Liberal Party and Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV.

Trillanes had denied this allegation.

“I deny the allegations of this Bikoy character. This could be another ploy of the administration to harass the opposition,” Trillanes said. /je
