A police officer has been suspended after he was caught dancing naked in a nightclub in Arkansas, USA.

Cebron Hackett was off duty when he was seen dancing at the Discovery Nightclub on Oct. 13, as per ABC-affiliate KATV last Saturday, Nov. 9.

Footage acquired by the Conway Police Department showed Hackett, who appeared to be intoxicated, dancing to 鈥淒on鈥檛 Stop Believin鈥欌 by Journey in the club. Hackett is an officer in the said department.

He then bumped into a table before a security guard approached him. Hackett resisted and wrestled with the guard before stumbling to the floor. Hackett was eventually escorted out of the establishment.

Another clip showed Hackett outside of the club speaking to two policemen while he was putting on clothes. Hackett then walked away after getting dressed.

According to a letter by chief officer Jody Spradlin sent to the news outlet, Hackett was taken near the Conway Police Department, where his car was parked. He then drove himself home.

However, Spradlin noted that Hackett was likely still intoxicated when he made his way home, citing that not enough time had passed for Hackett to 鈥渟afely and legally drive a motor vehicle.鈥

鈥淲hile your level of intoxication cannot be proved at that moment, it is very reasonable under these set of circumstances to state that you failed to hold yourself to a standard that is acceptable by the public of the police department,鈥 Spradlin stated.

Meanwhile, Little Rock police, the department to which those who caught Hackett in the club belong, said in a statement that the officers who were working off duty as security guards at the club did not know Hackett was a fellow police official at the time.聽

鈥淥fficers used discretion at the time not to arrest the subject for a misdemeanor offense, due to his cooperation and an acquaintance said they would be responsible for this subject,鈥 the statement said.

Hackett was not charged with a crime, but was suspended without pay for 30 days, as per report. He was also required to complete remedial training.聽 Ryan Arcadio /ra
