Police operatives have arrested four foreigners for the alleged kidnap of a 20-year-old Chinese man.

Police Brig. Gen. Jonnel Estomo, the director of the Philippine National Police Anti-Kidnapping Group, said four suspects identified as Yong Ge, 47; Zhao Yu, 22; and Wu Zhen, 22, all natives of Hunan province in China; and Huei Cih, 24, from Taiwan, allegedly kidnapped Jun Hao Xu, also native of Hunan.

The victim said the suspects demanded P3 million from his uncle, Xu Lin Yang, for his release. —Melvin Gascon
