VIGAN CITY –– A bus driver in Ilocos Sur province was suspected to have contracted the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), prompting officials to lock down Barangay San Vicente in Magsingal town where he resides.

Test results have not been released yet, but the 34-year-old driver of the Maria de Leon Bus Line has been confined at the Ilocos Sur Provincial Hospital here.
