How to honor frontliners on this Day of Valor

MANILA, Philippines — Make a TikTok video, record a song, or just applaud health workers every day at 5 p.m. from your windows or doors, Cabinet Secretary Karlo Nograles suggested, as ways to honor them today, the Day of Valor, for their efforts amid the Luzon-wide enhanced community quarantine.

He said Filipinos could applaud every 5 p.m. for the medical workers, police, military, skeleton workforces from the public and private sectors, local government employees distributing relief goods, and members of the media.

They could also share videos on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok, he said.
