MANILA, Philippines 鈥斅燩resident Rodrigo Duterte arrived on time at the House of Representatives in Quezon City on Monday afternoon for his fifth State of the Nation Address (Sona).

In 2019, Duterte arrived an hour late at the Batasang Pambansa for his Sona.
For this鈥檚 year Sona, Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque said the President will unveil the government鈥檚 COVID-19 recovery roadmap and will discuss the health crisis 鈥渋n much detail.鈥�
Presidential Communications Secretary Martin Andanar, meanwhile, said that Duterte鈥檚 written speech for his 5th Sona will not go beyond an hour and 20 minutes.
However, Duterte is expected to go off script as in his previous Sonas and other public speeches.
