MANILA, Philippines — Vice President Leni Robredo on Sunday congratulated United States President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris on their victory in the US elections.

President Rodrigo Duterte, through a statement from Malacañang, for winning the elections against his opponent Donald Trump.
Malacañang noted that “the Philippines and the United States have long-standing bilateral relations and we are committed to further enhancing the relations with the United States under the Biden administration.”
