MANILA, Philippines—At least two people were killed and four were reported missing in the Bicol region after Typhoon Ulysses (international name Vamco) battered Luzon, the Office of Civil Defense said on Thursday (Nov. 12).

The two fatalities were from Camarines Norte—a 68-year-old man who was found dead on the roof of his house at a village in Daet town and a 70-year-old man who collapsed when he was about to rise from his bed, the OCD-Bicol said around noon on Thursday.
