MANILA, Philippines — The cloud cluster spotted by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) may bring rains in the eastern section of Mindanao on Saturday morning, according to the state weather bureau.

In a weather forecast issued 4 a.m. Friday, Pagasa weather specialist Loriedin Dela Cruz said the cloud cluster has not yet developed into a low pressure area (LPA).
