Lucio Tan hospitalized due to COVID-19, in stable condition — daughter

MANILA, Philippines — Tycoon Lucio Tan has been admitted to an undisclosed hospital after testing positive for COVID-19, his daughter said.

Vivienne Tan, in an Instagram post Saturday, said her father is in stable condition.

“Thank you for all your concern and prayers. My dad was admitted to the hospital after he tested positive for COVID-19,” the younger Tan said.

“He is in stable condition, responding well, and recovering. We would like to request for some privacy at this time,” she added.

Vivienne then asked for prayers for her father’s swift recovery.
