2 more Angeles City residents succumb to COVID-19

ANGELES CITY, Pampanga––Two more residents here have lost their battle against COVID-19, the city government said on Monday, July 26.

The latest COVID-19 fatalities are a resident of Barangay Lourdes Northwest and another from Sta. Teresita village.

The latest virus data show that nine new patients were recorded on the same day, raising the city’s active cases to 380.

The city logged a total of 7,252 COVID-19 cases since the pandemic began last year, of which 6,555 have recovered, including the 13 new recoveries on Monday.

The biggest village of Balibago has the most active cases at 40, followed by Barangay Sto. Domingo with 36, and Margot with 28.
