OLONGAPO CITY鈥擳wo drug suspects, listed as high-value individuals, turned themselves in to police, authorities said Wednesday, Sept. 22.
Col. Jeric Villanueva, acting police city director, identified the two as John Mark Fua and Augustus Caesar Casta帽eda.
Fua, a parking attendant who resides in Barangay New Banicain, is also a member of the 鈥淐lavo criminal group鈥� engaged in theft and robbery in the city and Subic Bay Freeport, Villanueva said in a report.
Casta帽eda, meanwhile, is on the list of high-value individuals at the regional level. He surrendered due to his illnesses, such as severe rheumatoid arthritis, asthma, and loss of hearing.
