Drug reformists create Christmas lanterns in Olongapo

OLONGAPO CITY鈥擲everal drug reformists in this city have begun creating Christmas lanterns as part of their livelihood training.

In a statement, Mayor Rolen Paulino Jr. said the reformists are undergoing rehabilitation at the city鈥檚 鈥淏ahay Pagbabago,鈥 a center for mild to moderate drug reformists.

Paulino said the local government would buy the lanterns to help the reformists earn an income.

He also urged businessmen to avail of the lanterns in time for the Yuletide season.

鈥淚鈥檓 happy to see the result of this program (rehabilitation). We鈥檙e discovering the skills of our reformists,鈥 Paulino said.
