MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga鈥撯�揟he provincial government will start the COVID-19 vaccination for children aged 5 to 11 years old on Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 19 and 20, under the 鈥淩esbakuna Kids鈥� program.
In an announcement on Thursday, the provincial government said the vaccination would be held at Robinsons Starmills on Saturday and Sunday and SM City Pampanga on Sunday. Both malls are in the City of San Fernando.
Parents or guardians with authorization letters from parents must accompany their children and need to pre-register via https://bit.ly/VIMS_for_05-11.
Parents and guardians should also bring photocopies of the children鈥檚 birth certificates.
In Angeles City, a highly urbanized locality, the vaccination of children 5 to 11-years-old will start Monday, Feb. 21, on a per village arrangement via the city鈥檚 mobile bus clinics.
