In February, former presidential mouthpiece Karlo Nograles claimed that Filipinos experienced “real change” under the Duterte administration.

Duterte himself likewise said that he was able to fulfill almost all of his campaign promises to Filipinos.

In three months, Duterte will be stepping down as the 16th president of the Philippines on June 30.

His term began on June 30, 2016, succeeding the late Benigno Aquino III.
