The Makati City prosecutor has junked the syndicated estafa charges filed against executives of Revolution Precrafted, including owner Robbie Antonio, only four months after the Makati Regional Trial Court dismissed an earlier suit as unfounded. The prosecutor said there was no evidence to support the complaint and neither were there any evidence that the company鈥檚 executives committed criminal acts. 鈥淥f course there is a sense of vindication, as we have always maintained that contract disruptions were unavoidable due to the onslaught of the COVID-19 pandemic,鈥 Antonio said. 鈥淣ow that things are slowly returning to normal, we are currently in the process of studying our operations, and evaluating a pivot of the business plan鈥 he concluded.
