WASHINGTON 鈥� The White House on Monday dismissed a 鈥淰ictory Day鈥� speech by Russian President Vladimir Putin as 鈥渞evisionist history鈥� and said his suggestion that Western aggression led to the Ukraine war was 鈥減atently absurd.鈥�
Speaking to reporters, White House press secretary Jen Psaki said Putin鈥檚 speech was 鈥渞evisionist history that took the form of disinformation.鈥�
