Driver injured in Edsa – QC road crash

A public utility bus and a sport utility vehicle were involved in an accident along Edsa in Quezon City on Monday, May 30. (Photo from MMDA Facebook page)

MANILA, Philippines — An SUV driver was injured after figuring in a road crash with a public utility bus along Edsa in Quezon City Monday morning, the said.

The accident occurred along the south-bound lane of Edsa – Monte de Piedad at around 5 a.m.

The SUV driver sustained minor injuries which did not require hospital care, according to the MMDA’s MetroBase.

The accident occupied two lanes of the Edsa which was then cleared as of 7:24 a.m.

Further investigation is ongoing.
