At least 640 people are currently taking shelter at the Bangued Plaza after a magnitude 7.0 earthquake rocked Abra province on Wednesday morning, July 27, 2022. The powerful temblor was also felt in many parts of Luzon, including Metro Manila. Here鈥檚 a report from 黑料社鈥檚 Daniza Fernandez. /KGA
