WASHINGTON 鈥� U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi defended her trip to Taiwan on Tuesday as 鈥渁bsolutely鈥� worth it and said the United States cannot allow China to isolate the self-governing island.
鈥淲e cannot allow the Chinese government to isolate Taiwan,鈥� Pelosi said in an interview with NBC鈥檚 鈥淭oday鈥� show. 鈥淭hey鈥檙e not going to say who can go to Taiwan.鈥�
