A suspect is arrested and "shabu" amounting to more than P183,000 is confiscated in Rizal province naga shabu

LUCENA CITY — Four alleged drug pushers yielded P204,000 worth of shabu (crystal meth) and an illegal firearm in buy-bust operations on Monday in Calamba City, Laguna.

The Region 4A police reported on Tuesday, September 6, that Minso Sabuyugan and Omerah Macalandong were nabbed after they sold a pack of shabu to a poseur buyer in Barangay 3 at 10:31 p.m.

The police seized two sachets of meth weighing 27 grams with an estimated Dangerous Drugs Board value of P183,600.

In Barangay Lecheria, anti-illegal drug operatives busted at 7:36 p.m. Efren Ramos and Edwin Flores.

The police confiscated P20,400 worth of shabu and a loaded undocumented caliber .38 gun.

All suspects were detained and charged with violating Republic Act 9165 for possessing and selling dangerous drugs.

Ramos and Flores will also face another case for illegal possession of a firearm.
