Active COVID-19 cases in Zambales double in 5 days
SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — The number of active COVID-19 cases in this province doubled in the past five days days, records showed on Monday, Oct. 3.
According to data from the provincial health office, active cases jumped from 16 on Wednesday to 32 on Sunday.
The same data showed that no new deaths were recorded while eight patients were cleared from the viral disease during the same period
Since 2020, the province has registered 12,406 COVID-19 cases, 11,657 of which have already recovered, and 717 have died. INQ
