Only five active COVID-19 cases left in Zambales – local data
SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — The number of COVID-19 active cases in this province dropped to five on Friday, local data showed.
According to the provincial health office, 12 more patients recovered from the disease on Thursday, November 3, which caused the number of active infections to go down.
Currently, nine of the 13 towns in the province have obtained COVID-19-free status.
These are the towns of Iba, Botolan, Masinloc, San Narciso, Palauig, Sta. Cruz, Candelaria, San Felipe, and Cabangan.
Data also showed that no new fatalities related to the disease were recorded in the past two weeks.
