WASHINGTON 鈥 First lady Jill Biden is doing well following her skin surgery, US President Joe Biden told reporters on Thursday, one day after cancerous skin lesions were removed from her face and chest.
鈥淪he鈥檚 doing really well. She was under a long time,鈥 the president said. 鈥淪he鈥檚 up. We had breakfast this morning. She鈥檚 recovering.鈥
A third lesion was removed from Jill Biden鈥檚 left eyelid and sent for examination on Wednesday as part of her procedure at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Md., the White House physician said earlier.
