On Int’l Women’s Day, Marcos salutes strong, determined women
MANILA, Philippines — On International Women’s Day, President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. on Wednesday gave his salute to women who he said have shown strength and determination in their lives.
In a Twitter post, Marcos posted a photo of his wife, First Lady Liza, and some women serving in his administration.
Saludo tayo sa ating mga kababaihan na patuloy na nagpapakita ng tapang at determinasyon sa kanilang tahanan, trabaho, at komunidad!

“Saludo tayo sa ating mga kababaihan na patuloy na nagpapakita ng tapang at determinasyon sa kanilang tahanan, trabaho, at komunidad!” he said.
(We salute all women who continuously show strength and determination in their homes, work, and community.)
“Happy International Women’s Day!” the President added.
