MANILA, Philippins — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will continue its “No Day Off, No Absent” policy on Monday because of the usual traffic congestion after the Holy Week break.

MMDA Task Force Special Operations chief Bong Nebrija said in a radio interview on Sunday that the Department of Public Works and Highway also started road works at the Edsa Ortigas flyover in Mandaluyong City.
