Some came from Luzon and as far as Davao City on the southern island of Mindanao.

Erlinda Salac, 78, from Talomo, Davao City made it sure she could attend the feast in Bohol. She said her devotion gave her peace of mind.

“I feel God the Father’s love everyday,” said Salac, a devotee since 2003.

Bishop Albert Uy, in his homily, echoed God’s love and empathy.

“We must listen to His message of love,” said the prelate.

The devotion of God the Father of All Mankind in Bohol was introduced by Sister Precy Aseneta-Macasaet, a missionary, visionary and divine healer, who arrived in 2010 when “God the Father of All Mankind” was unknown to many Boholanos.

Sister Precy’s eyes brimmed with tears as she recounted her journey to Bohol to follow the will of the God the Father to spread His love and mercy in a place unfamiliar to her.

That journey was never easy as many doubted, hated and humiliated her.

“I lift everything up to God the Father. I’m able to endure all those miseries because He wants his children to know about Him,” she said.

Sister Precy and more people have become devotees of the God the Father of All Mankind not just in Bohol province but as well in Baguio City, Nueva Ecija, Tuguegarao City, Cebu, Manila, General Santos, and Cagayan de Oro City.

She said she will continue spreading the devotion of God the Father of All Mankind.

“God’s love overflows out of a wellspring of abundance. It is limitless. It is a sharing love that blesses, provides, and gives to others. This is basic to fatherhood,” said Sister Precy.
