MANILA, Philippines — Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with rain showers will prevail over the rest of the country on Thursday, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).

These weather conditions will be brought on by the northeast monsoon, locally known as amihan, and localized thunderstorms, the state weather agency added.
