MANILA, Philippines — Of 545 examinees, 543 successfully passed the November 2023 Speech-Language Pathologist Licensure Exam (SLPLE), results from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) show.
Pristine Ellise Ty Chua of the University of the Philippines (UP) Manila topped the recent SLPLE with a rating of 93.75%.
Chua is followed by Gillianne Joy Sarte Cruz and Marion Louise Gaya Virtucio, both also from UP Manila, and Sofia Teodoro Ordinante of University Santo Tomas (UST), all with a rating of 93.5%.
Serena Justine Tanbauco Tan, another UP Manila graduate, is in the third rank for having a rating of 93%.
Meanwhile, the Cebu Doctors University, UP Manila, and UST all got a 100% passing rate in the November 2023 SLPLE.
De La Salle Medical & Health Sciences Institute, on the other hand, had a 98.65% passing rate.
The four schools completed the total number of examinees in the said board examination.
The PRC said the exam was held in various testing centers in Metro Manila, Cebu, and Davao on Nov. 13 and 14.
