The House of Representatives has passed, several months ahead of schedule, all the Marcos administration鈥檚 priority measures, including those mentioned by the President in his 2nd State of the Nation Address (Sona).
Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez also vowed that when the session resumes in January, the House will focus on studying proposals that 鈥渄eal with restrictions blocking the entry of foreign capital and investments in the Philippines,鈥� particularly Charter change (Cha-cha).
Addressing the chamber on Wednesday night, the last plenary session for the year, Romualdez said the House has passed all 20 measures prioritized by the Legislative-Executive Development Advisory Council (Ledac) as of September, or 鈥渢hree months ahead of schedule.鈥�
