The operator of the is building a new interchange in Sto. Tomas Pampanga, a project seen to decongest the Olongapo-Gapan road and provide a link to other big-ticket infrastructure.
On Thursday, NLEx Corp.鈥攁 unit of Metro Pacific Tollways Corp.鈥攁nnounced it signed a partnership with the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) and Toll Regulatory Board for the project.
The DPWH will be responsible for linking the interchange to the future Lubao-Guagua-Minalin-Sto. Tomas Bypass Road project by DPWH.
