Mylah Roque, the wife of former presidential spokesperson Harry Roque, has been removed from the board of trustees of the Home Development Fund (Pag-Ibig), a statement released by the Presidential Communications Office said.
She was replaced by Maria Lourdes D. Doria-Velarde, who was appointed by President Marcos as acting member representing the private employers鈥� sector.
Roque was appointed to the Pag-Ibig board in 2017 by then President Rodrigo Duterte.
Her removal comes just days after her husband, lawyer Harry Roque, said that Duterte had told him he was about to be arrested at any time by the International Criminal Court. The former president is being investigated for alleged crimes against humanity over the drug war killings during his presidency and his term as Davao City mayor.

Roque also claimed that, along with Duterte鈥檚 impending arrest, the Armed Forces of the Philippines was set to disband Task Force Davao, a group of about 700 soldiers that was formed to protect Davao against supposed threats of terrorism.
The AFP had denied Roque鈥檚 pronouncements.
