During the entrapment operation, Almarez accepted the money from a complainant to whom she promised a job as a fruit picker in Japan with a P77,000 monthly salary.

The DMW added that when the victim saw Almarez’s transaction, they notified the DMW, which confirmed that she was not licensed by the agency to provide overseas jobs, leading to the entrapment operation.
