WPS war ‘not in interest’ of PH, China, US, allies, says Malaya

National Security Council Assistant Director General Jonathan Malaya says a war in the West Philippine Sea is not in the interest of any country, including China.

Former Senator Sonny Trillanes IV is petitioning Senator Imee Marcos to launch an inquiry into the “gentlemen’s agreement” between former President Rodrigo Duterte and China regarding the Ayungin Shoal in the West Philippine Sea.
