DSWD: No reward offer for pinpointing fake, ineligible 4Ps recipients
MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) said it is not true that it would give P1,000 to anyone who can identify fake or undeserving beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps).
In an advisory, the DSWD urged the public not to believe the Facebook page “DSWD Assist,” which illegally uses the DSWD logo and spreads misinformation.
“Hindi totoo ang Facebook post na ang 4Ps ng DSWD ay magbibigay ng P1,000 sa mga makapagtuturo sa mga hindi karapat-dapat na benepisyaryo ng programang ito,” the agency said.
(The Facebook post that the 4Ps of the DSWD will give P1,000 to those who can point to ineligible beneficiaries of this program is not true.)

(For anyone who has knowledge about people included in the program whom we think are not eligible, you can report it directly to our agency for immediate verification and validation by our Regional Program Management Offices.)
