MANILA, Philippines 鈥斅� Light to moderate rains are expected over Metro Manila, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, and Bataan on Saturday afternoon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
This was based on a rainfall advisory issued by the state weather bureau at 2 p.m.

Pagasa also said that light to moderate rains, with occasional heavy rains, are currently affecting Quezon, Rizal, Laguna, Batangas, and Cavite.
鈥淭he public and the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Offices concerned are advised to monitor the weather condition and watch for the next warning to be issued at 5:00 PM today,鈥� the advisory read.
