The Land Transportation Office (LTO) and the Department of Migrant Workers on Friday launched a program that will facilitate the renewal of driver鈥檚 license for overseas Filipino workers (OFW).
Vigor Mendoza II, chief of the LTO, said the program will be known as 鈥淧inabilis sa Bagong Bayani ang Magkalisensya鈥� and was the result of talks between Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista and Migrant Workers Secretary Hans Leo Cacdac.
